These top three voted books can be added to students summer read list. (*does not reflect the entire student enrollment).

The students also were visited by the Bellaire Public Library children's librarian. She interacted with the students during story telling as well as talking about the library's summer read program in collaboration with Houston ISD Millionaire reading program.

Additionally, reading resources were made available for the students: 2012-2013 Bluebonnet Books list, Houston ISD Name that Book lists for K-2 and 3-5, and 2x2 books list for PreK-Kinder.
